– Comparing the Salary and Benefits with General, Pharma and Multinational job market. 

– Preparing competitive Salary structure and benefit basket modifying.

– Preparing SOPs and structures for employee relation and timesheet/mission/Leave.

– Man power planning with BU heads based on year strategy and Budgeting of man power (year and reviews) (cost center/ FTE based budgeting). 

– Executing Performance appraisal based on MBO agreements. 

– Project manager of comprehensive integrated HRIS on Hamkaran system.

– Job evaluation and grading in local and international grading system/ measures. 

– Establishing salary bands for both companies (Henkel-Pakvash & Henkel Industrie) based on market survey. 

– Establishing new structure for performance bonus in head office.
